Northern Territory Catholic Schools Collective Bargaining
The current collective agreement covering the Catholic sector in Northern Territory will expire on 3 March 2017.
IEUA-QNT members are asked to give consideration to the attached discussion paper as the first step in the development of a log of claims for the next Catholic Collective Agreement (Colb5).
For the negotiations to be as effective as possible, engaged member participation in the negotiating process is essential. To that end, a wide ranging consultative process will ensure that all members have a voice in the agreement which will govern their remuneration and working conditions.
The views of teachers, school officers, senior administrators, PORs, counsellors, services staff and other employees is vital to this process.
All employees will have received a notice from their employer regarding representational rights at the negotiating table. As a member, your union is your voice at the negotiating table.
